Dental Capital runs a sale process that will be familiar to M&A professionals, but our process is unlike that of most traditional dental brokers and advisors. Here's what you can expect.
Metro area, summary-level financials, summary-level services and payer statistics, and details behind the seller's ideal outcome / scenario.
Interested buyers will sign a standard non-disclosure agreement.
We'll provide qualified buyers with a detailed CIM and a video interview with the seller, and unlike most advisors, we'll provide you with a full financial model in Excel. We do the analysis upfront so you know what you're bidding on.
Interested buyers will be invited to submit Indications of Interest that summarize the proposed terms of their offer.
Buyers who move forward in the process will be invited to meet with the sellers, in person or via Zoom. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your company's culture and values, so sellers can understand who they will be partnering with and what it will look like.
Remaining buyers will be invited to submit LOIs, and our sellers will sign the one that is the best fit for them.
Throughout the process, we help our clients prepare a complete data room that will be made available once an LOI is signed. Our team will run interference to help collect incremental data that your company requests. In addition, we help our sellers retain qualified and competent counsel, so you won't be dealing with an inexperienced attorney on the other side of the table.
