- Founding partner of Rowlett Dental Associates in Rowlett, Texas – continuous operation since 1994
- Founding partner of Sleep Rehab in Plano, Texas, a standalone practice dedicated to treating snoring, sleep apnea, and TMJ – continuous operation since 2013
- Graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry in 1991

- Spent 3 years working in private equity at Accel-KKR
- Evaluated hundreds of businesses for sale
- Participated in more than $300 million of acquisitions.
- Led Cloud 9 Software through their acquisitions of OrthoChart and FocusOrtho, ultimately resulting in Cloud 9's sale to PlanetDDS
- Spent 5 years as a management consultant to Fortune 500 companies with Alvarez & Marsal
- Graduate of Texas Tech University in 2014
Why we started Dental Capital
Dental Capital was born out of a desire to help dentists in three specific ways when they are ready to sell their practice to a DSO. These are three things that Dr. Fedosky experienced firsthand when selling his practice.
